フリードリッヒ・クラトチウィル （Friedrich Viktor Kratochwil, 1944年 - ）は、ドイツの国際政治学者。
ニコラス・オナフ、アレクサンダー・ウェントとともに構成主義理論の代表的論者である。
経歴
オーストリア領モラヴィア南部のルンデンブルク（現チェコ・ブジェツラフ）生まれ。ミュンヘン大学卒業後アメリカに渡り、1969年にジョージタウン大学で修士号、1976年にプリンストン大学で博士号取得。コロンビア大学政治学部助教授、ペンシルベニア大学政治学部准教授を経て、1995年にドイツへ帰国し、ミュンヘン大学国際政治学部教授を務めた。2002年以降、フィレンツェのヨーロッパ大学院で教鞭を執る。
